I have received an access code, where do I enter it?

Please visit the Onys Meter Homepage (click here). On the Homepage there is a login block entitled "Login with access code" where you will find the field where you must enter your code. Then press the "OK" button and you will automatically be directed to the survey corresponding to your code.

I have heard that my company is carrying out an internal survey on Onys Meter but I have neither account nor access code. What do I do?

Please contact your direct supervisor or the person in charge of the survey within your company. If indeed you have been asked to take a company survey, it is through this contact person that you will obtain your acces code.

You do not need an account to answer a survey on Onys Meter. An access code is sufficient.

How do I create an account on Onys Meter?

You cannot create an account on Onys Meter yourself. Accounts are created by Onys SA and are restricted to its accredited HR managers and consultants.

Are my answers stored anonymously?

When answering a company survey, we can assure you that we take every precaution to guarantee the anonymity of your answers. Therefore, in the reports and information that we transmit to your company, there is no connection between an answer and a specific access code, this is a legal obligation we comply with. Please note that we never ask you for any personal data in our company surveys.

When you answer an individual evaluation, your answers and results are only accessible to you or the person who ordered the evaluation (HR manager or consultant, accredited by Onys SA).

How do I change the language shown on Onys Meter?

If you are not logged in, on the login page, a block on the bottom left of the page allows you to change the website language. Simply click on the desired language.
Please note that the language can be changed following a login to an account or via an access code depending on the default settings of the account or the code.

How do I change the language of a questionnaire or results?

It is not possible to change the language of the questions, legends or results after logging in with an access code. A language is specifically attributed to each code.
